[Online] Mind Body Skills

Here is the link to the online workshop that is held Tuesdays from 4-5pm

Mind-Body Skills: Come to CRYJ ready to participate in various forms of Mind-Body skills including art, music, yoga, and martial arts etc. with the aim to build healthy self-regulation tools. Connect with your mind and body and learn how to find balance. No experience is necessary, come as you are.
