Mind-Body Skills - Aikido Style

Come to CRYJ ready to participate in various forms of Mind-Body skills including art, music, yoga, and martial arts etc. with the aim to build healthy self-regulation tools.  workshops are hosted by local yoga instructors and designed specifically for teenagers. Connect with with your mind and body and learn how to find balance. No experience is necessary, come as you are.

For this special day, we will be heading over to Two Rivers Aikido!
