Come to CRYJ ready to participate in various forms of Mind-Body skills including art, music, yoga, and martial arts etc. with the aim to build healthy self-regulation tools. workshops are hosted by local yoga instructors and designed specifically for teenagers. Connect with with your mind and body and learn how to find balance. No experience is necessary, come as you are.

Learn to grow, maintain, harvest, prepare and serve food. Gain service industry job skills and spend time outside investing in your local food system. In the summer, we meet here twice/week. We will be wrapping up the garden and cleaning it out today!
